NO return or exchange 3 in 1 due to custom fit Leg Strap that are cut according to the Handler leg calf. In Manila we provide leg calf measurement and free PRODUCT TESTING to interested buyers who wish to experience Leg Strap for Animal Leash while walking their dog. By setting an appointment for Friday or Saturday. Starting from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The trial starts with a 15-minute video and introduction “WALK & STOP “technique using a Leg strap remaining 15 minutes for product testing together with their small breed dog with a minimum height of 7″ -12″ inches tall or less and a minimum weight of 5lbs. to 13 lbs or less during the product testing We recommend trying our 3 in 1 products indoors, before placing the wrap around Leg strap on your leg calf. Allow your dog to snip the leg strap and harness introducing the product to your dog. keeping the packaging intact while trying the product indoors.   Watch the video “Walk & Stop” technique in walking your dog. Until such time your small dog walks in sync with the Handler taking the lead.  
RETURN POLICY => Single items & Bundle Items
    Leash, Harness, Foldable Dog Carrier Bag, Washable male Diaper cover, Waist strap on chain or Waist strap on leash. We accept return items received damaged in transit delivery or ship wrong items purchase of Harness, Leash, Foldable  Dog Bag, Waist strap and Washable male Diaper. Must still be in good condition free from dog hair and  dirt. Customers can try our PRODUCT TESTING single or bundle items to be worn by their dog prior to purchase. In one condition. It must be done indoors, not outdoors. All return items must include sales receipt or delivery tracking number, in the original package and must be purchased from our website: DogWalkNOLeash.com or DogWalkONLeash.com or in our Manila shop. NO cash refund only exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase of product.         Items must be purchased from our store or Dogwalknoleash.com or Dogwalkonleash.com.  Items purchased overseas must be returned to the original authorized manufacturer place of purchase to handle the exchange
    • Before sending an item back for return, be certain that the item is free from dirt and hair and in resalable condition.
    • It must be purchased within the last 30 days.
    • Item was purchased from dogwalkonleash.com or from Armada dog products store.
    • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

    AFTER SALES SERVICE
      We provide repairs of the 3 in 1 product or single or bundle items. valid for 1 year after purchase from Manila shop. Our authorized manufacturer has their own return and after sales service to handle your needs. As a gesture of goodwill, we will wait 48 hrs. for clients to have a change of mind after full payment. In case of wrong measurements, death, illness or no longer interested in placing the order. Customers must contact us within 48 hrs. with the order number ______ on their receipt to stop the delivery order. We will process a full refund with a 10% service fee.  If customer advice passes the 48 hours deadline SALE IS FINAL no exchange
